      Pros

      International business in a high tech environment. Good extras like staff council and cantines. French lifestyle culture.

      Cons

      If you like to develop yourself, dont stay longer then 5 years. Internal progress or even promotion requires direct link to executives.

      Pros

      I would recommend ADS-NL to anyone who is looking for a job in space industry. The management and co-workers are professional, fun, social and despite working hard, always up for a laugh. The projects are challenging, always keeps you busy, but still motivated.

      Cons

      Not so many major space projects from ESA.

      Good company to start a nice carreer with international possibilities and good overall conditions

      Boureaucracy is overwhelming for simple tasks some times. A great effort is being done to improve this.
