      Pros

      large order book which provides a good visibility on the future, good work environment, positive attitude towards change

      Cons

      very heavy processes leading to some difficulties on day to day activities carreer evolution is rather slow, you will most probably follow the salary grid

      Pros

      Airbus DS is a large, multinational organisation which provides numerous opportunities to travel and work in many different disciplines. The internship program gives a great insight into the industry for those who have yet to gain work experience (undergrads)

      Cons

      No intern - graduate path in place. Something that seems to always be in the pipeline, con as there is no guarantee of returning to the grad scheme as you would find with other companies (i.e. MBDA)

      Pros

      Worklife balance No pressure to not take leaves (most of the people actually use the full leave quota and it is not considered issue at all in the company) Opportunities are scarce for growth technical and otherwise but if you try and know where you want to go, its ok.

      Cons

      Little too heavy on process for a large MNC. Sometimes the process even gets in the way of doing the job. Company puts lot of financial value of experience of employees and not on actual skill. (Younger ppl on an average get paid less even for doing 'exactly' same job as someone older)
