Big solid company, with a very good benefit package. Flexible working time and working form home option.
Cons
Reorganisation of the department destroyed any possible career development. People have been forced into a new structure with many demotions and a new inefficient way of working. Key employees with huge knowledge and skills are leaving the company, the outlook for the future is not promising.
