      Pros

      Good pay after your entry level position for the Mobile AL region. I would recommend with an open mind to join Airbus.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to work outside in the heat of the summer or the cold of the winter. As a company Airbus is great.

      Plenty of options for benefits that include more than just basic dental health and vision awesome facilities with air conditioning and lots of specialty tooling lots of training options and they will have you work outside your comfort zone and outside your general job description

      Cons

      clueless supervisors that just push hours and don't care about building a quality product little to no room for growth. Don't expect promotions or lateral movements. you will work outside your general job description and requirements. You will be asked to do menial tasks and jobs that belong to others and tasks way above your skills and talents.
