      Pros

      The work force in the DCR shop is great. In the other shops the supervisors/managers are great.

      Cons

      Five supervisors in eight years says it all in the DCR shop. The wheel gets reinvented time and time again. If you are looking to advance look elsewhere very good old boy.

      All the baggage of a big company that's been around for a while... bureaucratic, slow to change, overly formal, weak infrastructure

      - Vast knowledge within the building - Almost everyone is willing to help each other across all programmes - Flexible working hours - Interesting work - Great products - Very respectable company - Varied opportunities - Finish at 12pm every Friday

      - Career progress is slow(ish) in Engineering - Quite old fashioned approach to a engineering for a cutting edge industry - Slow to implement new technologies - Salary prospects aren't very inspiring
