Distance to workplace Due to internal management, it is not possible to "fire" employees and then some of them act like there are no consequences, even if necessary they will yell at you, ridicule you and isolate you from the rest of the office... Luckily, not everyone is this way!

A fear based workplace run by fear based senior management who recruit the same into middle management. Therefore, nothing ever progresses. Micro management. AGAP wrote the book and wears the T-Shirt.
