      It is strain less .We are paid enough.it is the best place to work in the world

      Cons

      No downsides .But yes there are less Holidays

      Pros

      A lot of expertise and qualifications to learn upon, especially for those who really are into aviation Good work-life balance, solid social benefits Generally good working atmosphere and great people to work with

      Cons

      Wide use of outsourcers and subcontractors who blindly follow routine and don't care about result. Too much management levels mean long and complex approval process and a notable amount of people in critical positions lack aeronautical knowledge and understanding of what they do/should do. Poor career perspectives, unless you are connected on executive level - personal assistant seems to be the most promising position. Solutions which are aimed to decrease bureacracy only increase it instead.

      Pros

      Flexitime, if you work over your hours you can take extra days holiday, Can go home at 12pm on Friday.

      Cons

      They don't pay grads overtime but they do the other employees. Typical large company problems.
