internal bureaucracy can be daunting at times and very frustrating. Very little upwards movement which limits progression

I would recommend ADS-NL to anyone who is looking for a job in space industry. The management and co-workers are professional, fun, social and despite working hard, always up for a laugh. The projects are challenging, always keeps you busy, but still motivated.

Cons

Not so many major space projects from ESA.
