      Generous training in the Graduate Scheme, plus travel opportunities if you go into Design.

      Cons

      Great training in the graduate scheme, but you must make sure you are in the right career stream, as it is very difficult to move across specialisations. Avoid Manufacturing if you want to work in Filton. (Its shrinking...)

      Was a great company when they were working in FL/AL.

      Cons

      Working in VA was not a good experience...we were treated like red-headed step children, although we were the main purpose the company was around.
