      This was a fantastic company to learn about 911 public safety, but there was almost no room for growth.

      Pros

      For the most part the company is a forward thinking company which enables its employees to expand their knowledge of the 911 public safety arena. The managers are usually engaged and understanding.

      Cons

      Some managers rely heavily upon hearsay instead of relying upon what they actually see in terms of what is happening in their respective departments. Some managers abuse their powers, and authority.

      Interesting work with good compensation and benefits. Plenty of customer facing opportunities. Good name recognition for networking and resume building.

      Cons

      Long term vision is cloudy. Training is minimal due to workload. Departments are typically understaffed leading to resource over utilization. Limited growth potential of small isolated groups.
