Regarding our Remote/Hybrid work policy, we base in-office requirements upon whether employees live within a 50-mile radius of the office. However, there are occasionally circumstances such as medical accommodations which we work through our benefit carriers to determine how best to support employees in those situations. Each of these situations remain confidential.
We take concerns around training, communication, and workplace culture very seriously. Our intent is for all employees, especially those in the early stages of onboarding, to feel supported, respected, and set up for success. It is for this reason that we have structured our onboarding process to include regular check-in surveys at key milestones throughout their first year to identify and address issues like the ones you’ve described as early as possible.
