      Pros

      Most benefits are good, pays well, mostly good customer base.

      Cons

      14 and a half hour day to the minute, 30 minute break unpaid, can only log 13.5. Vacation pay is only 800.00. Management is constantly changing paperwork and rules, trying to find fault with drivers, poor work atmosphere.

      Freedom with hours. Opportunity to relocate.

      Cons

      Management is hired from outside of Airgas, often inexperienced managers are hired. Micro-management became a problem when newbies were hired into management positions. Since they couldn't contribute to sales they were forced to justify their position.
