I regret to share that my experience working at Airgas was disappointing. Despite my efforts and dedication to the role, I found myself in a challenging situation when seeking reasonable accommodation for anxiety and PTSD. Unfortunately, instead of support, I faced termination under suspicious circumstances. This has left me with a negative impression of Airgas as an employer, and I cannot recommend it to others seeking a workplace that values employee well-being and inclusivity.

Some in management have created a culture of lying and bringing their religion into the office. They talk about their religion during employee meetings and have asked employees to raise their hands if they share the same religion as them which has created an environment of intolerance towards others beliefs. Several of us are afraid to speak up and are worried as good employees are leaving. Corporate HR policy talks about diversity and inclusion but management here doesn't live by those values. If you aren't a white christian male be careful about applying here as it seems you aren't welcome.
