      Pros

      Good employee benefits. Compatible wage and flex time.

      Cons

      Management promotes employees on based on their brownnosing skills instead of their work ethics. Management will not promote a seasoned employee who does their job to the best of their abilities but lacks the skills to be politically correct. In short it does not matter how well or how knowledgeable you are at the job but how well you compliment management.

      Pros

      Monday thru Friday. Good time off and vacation benefits. Friendly employee environment to work at.

      Cons

      Doesn't matter how well you have performed, the opportunity for advancement rarely gets offered to you. Even though it is a sales position, getting a commission or bonus check is very rare.

      My direct supervisor and manager are great and flexible with my schedule. My team members are great.

      Cons

      Pay scale compared to other companies is a joke. Most employees though once we merged with Air Liquide, a French company, that our salaries and benefits would get better. We were wrong. 401K match is only 0.5% up to your 4% contribution. Cost to have dependent or spouse on health insurance is more than double, plus a $100 per month fee if insurance is offered through your spouse's employer. No longer are we able to purchase company stock. Same crap vacation and sick time benefits. The most one can ever make on a pay increase from the yearly review is 3%, if you get a perfect score. If you are above average, 2%, and anything below that only 1%. Company is cutting back on travel and event spending, so moral has become low. No room for advancement.
