      Pros

      I hate leaving this 2 star review because I really enjoyed working here and everyone became good friends! - Pay was decent - Hours were basic 7:30-4:30 - two 15 min breaks + an hour lunch

      Cons

      - Manager was horrible, everyone had to walk around on eggshells. - All other departments were fun and talkative and enjoyed their jobs but when you came to AP it was dead silent because everyone was always stressed out trying to make beat unrealistic deadlines given to them or they would be hounded for weeks. - All the “big bosses” higher up on the scale never did anything to assist with everybody’s complaints, which built up almost 10 years of him managing AP.

      Flexibility , vacation time and location

      Cons

      Too big, too many chiefs and literally not enough Indians. Does not listen to concerns. Sets employees up for failure by not providing proper training, no hands on training after initial on boarding or very little. Current employees are expected to train while still trying to do their own job without getting behind. Constantly understaffed making employees bitter and lash out at each other. Toxic environment. Employees are held back from job advancements and consideration for new position to offer to a street person. Only hires from within for certain job roles.

      We get to work from home right now. I’ve made some good friends.

      Cons

      Over worked. Under paid. Unappreciated. Management style is to manage by fear. Threatened with being written up for making a mistake. Expectations entirely unrealistic and unattainable.
