They are OBSESSED to a fault about "safety". For example the drivers have camera's with audio recording EVERYTHING you say & do inside the truck the moment you put the key to accessory before you even start the engine. This includes AI that identifies alleged "violations" that get clipped and sent to your manager.
This place is NOT a meritocracy, most people got hired because they knew a friend or family member who worked there.
They will take 4-6weeks to hire you then put you in front of a kiosk for 2weeks filled with mostly useless DEI/ESG style "training", Anti-harassment "education", and other such drivel(some of it is useful though, but only ~25% of it that might actually pertain to whatever job you are doing).
