Pros

Easy Monday-Friday set schedule, easy work, low stress, low pressure to perform.

Cons

Compensation could be better, with as much outbound calling tasks that are required, this position should be paying at least $20.00/hour. Most other call centers that have you just take calls and that's it pay on average $20-$22 an hour.

There is no pro here

Cons

Most unorganized place I've ever worked. Overworked and understaffed. Poor training. Clueless mgt. You will work yourself to utter exhaustion daily. Thirty-five an hour isn't enough to suffer this punishment.
