Are you reading all the bad review your management is getting?

Cons

Out of touch and do not care about there staff, do you have any idea how much better Airgas would be if you fired 50% of your upper management and hired staff that cares, for the working force that's makes the company move, those lazy pen pusher should come down couple levels and do the work for a week, problem is they have not a clue what we do. Just saying

The M - F workweek and home nightly, get to meet some nice people and customers, fairly stable company.

Cons

Low paying job for a driver, vacation days frequently canceled or denied, change the employee handbook without notice, told you work 8 hours when usually it's 11.
