Stock based company with no clue on customer or employee service. Always complaining about sales being down instead of fixing whats broken they just take it from employees so numbers look better. Training is almost next to nothing bring people off the streets and they are filling cylinders by lunch. Every year has taken more and more benefits from employees. Every year your raise goes to your benefits when you give a 3% raise then up the benefits cost 5% your going backwards. Airgas is broken and cannot be fixed thats why they sold to Air Liquide hope my next 10 years are better
