      Pros

      Great atmosphere, great employees. Idle and steady work.

      Cons

      Management has issues. Too many chiefs not too many Indians. Most of the time trying to get head personnel to react to situations that arise falls short to deaf ears. Most of the time it's like the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing.

      Overall great company.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Friendly coworkers, Supervisor was understanding and accommodated with my school schedule.

      Cons

      Company isn't doing so well. Our yearly raises were pushed back five months due to economic reasons. Some didn't receive a raise at all.
