      Pros

      Most benefits are good, pays well, mostly good customer base.

      Cons

      14 and a half hour day to the minute, 30 minute break unpaid, can only log 13.5. Vacation pay is only 800.00. Management is constantly changing paperwork and rules, trying to find fault with drivers, poor work atmosphere.

      Pros

      Salary and benefits. Insurance was decent, even for a family plan. Wages were decent for starting and even increased while I was there.

      Cons

      Management and Human Resources. This company is big on "groups" . If you are willing to join one you will go far very quickly.

      Pros

      Great people at the lower levels. Great place to learn if AR and Collections is a new field. I plan to take the wealth of knowledge I've gained at Airgas, and find some place that pays better, and treats it's people better.

      Cons

      Bad management, micro management, high stress, high turn over. Not sure about all departments, but credit and collections is not a place people stay long. Not many people are fired, because they have such a hard time getting them to stay. People who should be fired keep their jobs and their best people leave.
