      Pros

      I don't have much good to say - the pay was good - my pay check always showed up on time - I would've given no stars if that were an option

      Cons

      Benefits took a hit when airgas took over Poor management Disrespects and swears at employees No avenue for resolve Was told many times over the years I was there "nothing is gonna change so you may need to find someplace else to work " They use cameras and peoplenet for the sole purpose of spanking their drivers Best advice I could give would be to stay away from the Reading facility until such a time as it becomes unionized

      Good health benefits and that's about it pay can definitely be better management need some work big time too many good old boys playing favoritism why everybody else is busting their butt

      Charlotte management if you're not one of the good old boys they'll have it out for you they'll find everything to make your life miserable new PeopleNet in trucks say it's for the trucks LOL it's more so they can keep their eye on you and know your every movement they might as well be in the truck with you you're lucky if you have time to take a p let alone breathe the air that we breathe would not recommend anybody working here unless you're a complete fool they love playing favoritism to their favorite employees while everybody else is busting their buttthey're afraid to speak to some but not afraid to speak to the others that goes from upper management right down to the last guy on the pole as a driver's point of view this is a definitely big problem morale is not been that great throughout the drivers upper management in PA should really take a closer look at their Management in Charlotte it needs work big time half the guys are ready to quit but they don't care they'll just bring in scabs just like they did in Rhode Island anyway if you're looking for a quality job don't come here you'll be sorry once you're in and wish that you took everybody else's advice and not to come here to work

      Pros

      The environment there is pretty good. Most of the people are good people. the manager I had was awesome.

      Cons

      Over emphasis on the amount of calls. Even when hitting your sales goals call goals were top priority.
