Pros
Competitive Pay Great hours Paid Holidays OK benefits
Cons
Most people in management are only in that position either because they know someone, or they were in management with a company that was previously bought out. If you've been with the company longer, you're automatically seniority, versus those that actually know what they're doing. Nothing is confidential, management tells everyone's personal problems, including reasons why someone was terminated. They talk about you behind your back, smile in your face. Code of Ethics/Conflict of Interest is constantly broken. New employees are started out with higher pay than those that have been with the company for years.
