Pros

Unlimited PTO - which has been eliminated Remote work

Cons

Everything! Beautiful office and some great employees but the loyalty is everything but that. 4 Layoffs in less than a year, mismanagement of finances, everything is done on a (I hope this works) basis. Male driven (so ladies don't even attempt to get ahead). Benefits were great until they were eliminated one by one. They put on a show at first that they care and are looking towards you advancing but then you learn very quickly that dream comes to a crushing halt.

Hard time but still a great place to work

Flexible work schedule ( hybrid work offered) Great benefits Even during the hard times, the one team mentality is strong Compassionate leaders

Cons

Experiencing hard times due to the economy, leadership seems to be doing their best considering the circumstances.

A sub impending implosion

Everything Airspace does is a shot in the dark. No one in C-suite has industry experience. The C-suite is self-serving (no pay cuts during layoffs, expensive off-sites, lengthy European “work trips”). Management changes direction every quarter. There are secrets and a lack of transparency. There have been 4 rounds of layoffs since September 2022. The service is not reliable or scalable. To all of us left, we need to read the writing on the wall because who knows if Airspace will exist in 2024. Every day I wake up wondering if today is the day they’re going to cease operations.
