- Used to adjust pay for inflation, (discontinued) - Gym Membership reimbursement (discontinued) - Unlimited PTO (but prepare to have that used against you) - Despite PTO being used against you for promotions work/life balance is solid.

Cons

Leadership has no clue how to make accurate/realistic projections. This isn’t the first time that the individual responsible for projections has made this mistake and was off by millions. They continue to hire poorly and invest money in the wrong places. Just fired the CRO with no plans to backfill as well as several other revenue members. Leadership is just now figuring out their target market fit. Mainly because they don’t listen to the team members who actually interact with the customers. If you’re working there currently I’d highly recommend looking around now in this tough job market. I don’t foresee them being around a year from now due to financial hardships.

Sometime coverage is short due to call outs and scheduling on certain days so it’s very busy Weary of not knowing if layoffs will occur
