• The company culture is fantastic. People across departments are willing to work to solve problems together, and ego is never an issue. • Interesting, complicated problem space with many worthwhile problems to solve. • Teams are empowered by leadership to implement good process and trust their expertise. • Leadership is responsive to research and willing to alter plans to make the biggest impact.

Cons

• Office is getting crowded, but we Airspace will be moving soon.
