Pros

catered lunches kitchen full of beverages and snacks fun events/ people are amazing here *deserve more

Cons

lots of false promises need to know people within to get out of operations your increase in pay is based on how many calls you take/your availability transparency is a core value but not within the employees HR dept is a joke all reports within my work pod have gone unnoticed and actioned promote srry transition people that are not qualified lack of diversity and inclusion within management

Pros

Nice California office! free office snacks very smart and highly educated young sales team. (Loved their work ethic) Wish I connected with them more. Salary was good for me.. BUT IT'S NOT ALWAYS ABOUT THE MONEY! (for me) Remote so they say but more Hybrid focus which is not in the job description. still a PRO but be mindful it's not 100% REMOTE.

Cons

Still using the "Startup" Verbiage be mindful of this. Unlimited PTO (Does not exist) what I need to do on my own time with my PTO does not need to be broadcasted on my calendar for everyone to see. Very Passive aggressive team. Smile in your face then provide negative feedback to your direct report. when they could have just communicated whatever it was to you. I feel bad for the Ops Team.. when things go South, they are always taking the brunt!!! "Time Critical" means no work life balance.. They want you attached to your phone/ SLACK at ALL TIMES!! or have others watch over your accounts.. No matter when or where.. Watching very young educated people burnt out, tired and voicing how underpaid they are was just not worth it. Gaslight, Gaslight, Gaslight Nothing but negative feedback from leaders who truly are in the wrong position. They aren't open to feedback /Neg and pick their favs! Trying to fight fires but not working on the basics/foundation to eliminate the fires that arise. Lack of Diversity and does not respect cultural official holidays.
