It is a great company to start getting your feet into logistics. room for improvement.

Cons

There are several Cons, basically management doesn't care about the employees personal life besides work. They do try to make everything easier, but they do not listen to the operations floor to see what actually needs to be improved and the training is not good at all they do not explain the WHY of everything is happening they just keep telling you what to do instead of explaining each little detail to see what is the next action.
