The work that I do really matters. We do a lot of work for critical medical deliveries. I enjoy hearing that the work we do leads to saving people's lives.

Cons

There is a lot of pressure to deliver because of the nature of the work.

Pros

Company has experienced various forms of growth and is currently in hypergrowth which is a really fun time to be here. Even through periods of slower growth, the team has adapted well. From monthly company events, including for remote employees, to lunches in the HQ offices, to investment in our employees (e.g., a stipend for outside learning for personal growth), Airspace takes care of its employees!

Pros

The company is directly helping people's lives and solving really cool problems. The company is always growing and has really impressive customers. Compensation is strong and the office is great here in Carlsbad (fun snacks, free lunches, free gym, etc.,)

Cons

Lots of growth means lots of things changing and moving; For the finance team, that means it sometimes feels like we are underwater. There are new challenges which is fun but always new work hitting out plates
