Cons

Gas is not covered & usually only get paid for the trip to the dropoff.

Pros

Catered lunches and fully stocked kitchen with snacks and drinks.

Cons

Bad management. No work life balance at all. When requesting a half day to take my child to the drs I was asked by my manager if one of my relatives can take him/her so I wouldn’t miss work. Not okay. There should be more sensibility for this now more than ever especially during a delicate time of living through this pandemic. Leadership has poor planning on forecasting set numbers/goals which leaves room for errors and finger pointing on why things don’t get done on time. That is setting your team up for failure in my opinion.

Thank you for your honest feedback. With so many projects in the works, we admit that the environment can become pretty fast-paced! Our company vision is communicated in our monthly All-Hands meetings along with updated forecasting and industry trends. Join us for the next meeting which is this week! Also, our monthly OKR updates guide our team and individual priorities. If you'd like to add to the company's direction, work with your team lead to submit projects and ideas that drive our progress. Airspace feels strongly about offering a solid work/life balance. The open PTO plan helps with that balance but we recognize that it doesn't solve everything. We’ve refreshed our post-pandemic Wellness Program to offer a private EAP program, counseling services, Calm and Headspace Apps, and fitness reimbursements. Also, this program supports life needs like childcare, financial wellness, and legal concerns. We appreciate your contribution to Airspace.
