Pros

R&D at Airspace has an amazing cultural. It has some of the best minds I've worked with to date. And you will soon be seeing your coworkers as "real" friends (e.g. having get together outside of work, grabbing dinner together, movie nights). The vast majority of the work is interesting. Product managers are very understanding of refactoring needs and set realistic deadlines. QA is very skilled and has a great relationship with engineers. The management is great about listening to new ideas from *everyone*. No matter your position in the company, you have a voice that's heard and respected. There is also no "process for the sake of process." R&D is very flexible and willing to try new ideas and tweak or completely scrap old ones.

Cons

It would be nice if the benefits were less expensive.

We agree that the people we work with make all of the difference! The CFO (Chief Fun Officer) team and company-wide events don't hurt. We value your feedback and are committed to making benefits better every year. Last week, we rolled out an increased Wellness Program including fitness and meditation app reimbursement, counseling sessions, and other life services like financial wellness, legal advice among others.
