Because of the nature of Airspace's domain there are two main backgrounds for employees, some coming from tech and some from logistics. There are a couple grumps who have never worked at an actual tech company before that do not understand things that are standard practice at any engineering gig. This leads to misconceptions like the engineering team is not working hard.
But the grumps do not last long and the leadership team is understanding and supportive of both backgrounds. Also the vast majority of people in the company get along great and have the understanding that everyone's expertise is needed to succeed even if it is different than what they are used to.
