Pros

Great team who are all really passionate about what they do.

Cons

None really. Just have to be used to a start-up environment. Can't be scared to help implement new procedures. Everyone pitches in with there own projects.

Pros

A great place for personal growth and skill development. The people at Airtame really care. Fantastic People department, many great activities. Good office surroundings. Amazing flexibility - one of the few companies that will actually let you work from home!

Cons

Management is somewhat clueless, sometimes even bordering on the insensitive. Things have shifted over the past few years from being a vibrant, young, inclusive startup to a more aggressively focused scale-up that looks for dominant character traits instead of softer values.
