      Aisera provides the freedom to showcase your ability to deliver solutions in very challenging problems. The structure is rather flat and input is taken into consideration from every level. This combined with a strong compensation package is a great combination!

      Cons

      As a startup in 3 continents there is a lack of coordination especially between the different time zones.
