      corporation processes - startup problems

      Pros

      there different areas where you can find some interest like MLops, MLE, DS or DevOps you get to see a company growing at least at the moment people who work from different places and cultures

      Cons

      Only leaders are the ones taking credits who often do nothing but just micromanaging by setting a daily "standup" for a project and demanding things with 0 actions from their side Taking a promotion or raise is as difficult as in big corporations but without streamlined processes You can get a raise if they see you working during weekends and vacations, these people are the ones the CEO like and degrade the ones who leave work after *only* 9h of work

      Pros

      company seems to be profitable also, it seems that it can win in a couple of cases the competitors last year there was a budget for home office equipment

      Cons

      After so many years and yet there is no more concrete vision and product plan which keeps everyone still running in all directions There a big deal of cases of disrespect from the majority of the leadership team which is one of the reasons of the attrition Also, there is not any employee appreciation by giving well-being budget, more time off, no team bonding events, very small budget for home office and all these were even more obvious during pandemic

Covid/Pandemic did put some constraints in in-person meetings and get togethers, nevertheless we will take your feedback and improve where needed.

      Absolute and worst trashy place to work

      Pros

      none, fake promise of working on a cool technology which is just a set of rules and faked up fluffed up demo systems

      Cons

      there is no one person in the company who knows anything about AI , forget about conversational AI. They are only trying to steal ideas from the company CEO and his minions have worked in the past. Employees are expected to work all 7 days (yes they will intentionally send you more work on the weekend), 17-18 hours a day. Too much politics for such a small company, the middle management is the worst. Most of them are just 'yes men' who lack any technical expertise.
