Pros

Very few people in Senior Management , Chance to go up if your are capable , Freedom to work the way you want and provide suggestions whenever needed

Cons

Lots of Freshers , though good learning experience for them , they are finding it difficult as there is no proper guidance from senior folks... No process whatsoever is followed ..
