Sandwich leaves cannot take consecutive leaves on Friday and Monday. No chance of long leaves/trips Cannot take more than 1 or 2 casual leaves ata a time. They discourage long leaves. Very very old tech stack Managers are very rigid and unwelcoming to new ideas and technologies The managers and upper management try to keep everything under their own control and want to create an environment of dependency Most of the policies are not very employee friendly Every person has a unique policy. There is no policy for everyone. Everyone follows a different policy Culture of the office is also very bad. Many employees are there from a long time and they look down on new hires, don't help them and don't mingle. Many managers have cultivated this environment in their own teams which the team members are forced to adopt
