To the CEO/Executive Management, the employees are not much more than that. Zero care for the people that work very many more hours than one would expect. Consequently, GNS has lost or pushed out a large number of extremely talented staff, and the current employees suffer the retention blow. People put their heart and soul into their work only to be discouraged because they weren’t set up for success in the first place. There is an obvious but passive toxicity that is utterly baffling. Not a start up, should have some organizational structure, and there has been blatant and demeaning public shaming and demotion of staff by way of “Org changes” - execs should invest more time in their people and less time trying to figure out “the messaging” that covers up their obvious disregard for human decency. It’s actually somewhat amusing that someone with such great academic achievement and business expertise can’t figure out how his arrogance is impacting his company efficiency. As a note, I left on my own accord and still have anxiety thinking about that place. I learned a lot though, in more ways than one.
