Pros

None, no pros at all

Cons

They will first trick you with equity so you can take lower salary. They don't follow their own values they invented and change often. The management and processes are not define and they just fill their time with meetings and suppress any ideas that they don't understand. They are barely surviving. Then there is this inner group that hold the political cards and if you go against them they fire you. In a short term I have been there they fired 60 people in less than a year, every month there are people gone and new people come. It's not a real company and I believe its a front for money laundering because the products are so bad.

Good place to work

Pros

-The teams are very open and helpful. Even in a high-pressure environment, people take the time to support one another. -Expected to hit the ground running. While the learning curve was steep, it was a good way to onboard and feel like you’re actually contributing. -Working with people across different regions is a highlight. It feels like a truly international company.

Cons

-The high pace might not be for everyone. With new people joining and growth focus, strategy shifts can happen , which requires a high degree of adaptability. -The documentation can sometimes lag behind the actual speed of work.

Constant change and a real lack of clarity

Pros

There's not really many positives anymore. The company kick off is about it

Cons

Management is constantly changing and there's no clear direction on what they want to achieve. Their 'values' seem to change every 6 months Micromangement culture from senior leadership, no trust or autonomy in your role A real lack of resources, be prepared to be stretched incredibly thin in your role with very little support. Restructures constantly, more redundancies and 'strategic changes' than you can get your head around. Compensation and benefits well below industry standard and very basic at best.
