Everything .. Absolutely the worst company I have ever work for, They could care less about you your family or health. Do not work for this company it will be the biggest mistake you will ever make.

President of the company is a small little man with a god complex. They keep promoting him into hire positions when he should be fired. HR doesn’t listen to anything you say and there is a lot of bias at this company. Same people getting promoted over and over again and people being bias when it comes to to HR hiring their friends

Pros

Good benefits and hours. The company has a lot of reward for employees like employee of the month, birthdays, company picnic and christmas party. Paid holidays.

Cons

Scheduling is bad. Not constant and People are rude, and they allow bullying inside the company because the Japanese don't seem to like to confront trouble and just like it be. A lot of favoritism.
