Only decent Pro was the insurance.

Cons

Completely Unprofessional Supervisors and Foremen. Low Pay. Absolutely No training. Extremely Primitive and Harsh working conditions. No break rooms. Never get your whole breaks or lunches if at all. Not nearly enough employees for the job. Very Bad Morale throughout the whole company. Very unsafe working conditions.
