Amazing insight into the heart of the internet. Technology changes faster than you can keep up. Broad exposure.Used to have Brilliant colleagues.

Cons

Bangalore is slowly turning into a back office and quality of hires is dropping. Changes in internal transfer policies aims to restrict people to the Bangalore office and a lot of brilliant people have quit as a result of this, few that remain were lucky to move before these terrible changes.

Very employee oriented company. Smart people to work with. A dynamic organization to be in where there are quite a few initiatives being planned.

Cons

Easy to stagnate in a role. Learning becomes minimal in just a couple of years. Easy to grow within the company if you know the right people in the system
