Pros

They have a lot of talented people there. Good teamwork. The management in my area was great. Great technology. Strong company values.

Cons

Because they are a rapidly expanding company that is fairly young, they lack adequate procedures for some basic processes. Internal tools are also lacking in some areas. They have extensive training for new employees, however a fair amount of it is antiquated.
