Very smart co-workers, average floor IQ is very high. Flexy hours, managers are very professional, all the employee are equally respected and treated. Everything is so perfect. Annual perks and team outings. So many things to learn. No restriction in learning. You can learn things out side ur domain. If you are working in support still everything is available for you to learn. Akamai got one of the largest cdn , you can learn hard core networking here. No extra hours, just work as per your timings and with predefined week hrs. No need to extend Work life balance is just awesome.

Cons

Not much, it's little difficult to get recognised in a big organisation. I have not felt but that's what I can think of.
