Pros

Middle management is political ( if you like that sort of thing) , Established company

Cons

They have a highly political middle management especially in the media division. Innovation is missing and company is riding wave of increased video traffic on internet. Upper management is entrenched in slow decision making process and is passive about any major changes in organization to shake up things. To get something up and running takes months. To rollout products takes years. They have highly distributed infrastructure which is closer to end users but also limits rapid deployment and limits rolling out new business like cloud services much slowly.

Pros

Work environment allows for flexible schedule, market leader in CDN, and we provide a valuable services other business.

Cons

Long hours and need to be on call with India most nights, which is 12.5hrs apart, therefore creating a 24hrs work cycle in the work place.
