      Slowly moving out of startup mode which was serving a great value until now, due to increase in employee strength Sometimes most of your work depends on your team and under whom you work for.

      Great Company to work especially for people who love Coding and like to learn multiple technology. So much Career opportunity is there to grow up. Everything is balanced here with respect to monetary and work life.

      Cons

      Expectations from manager is high. Sometimes you need to stretch your self but i think it happens with all companies.
