      Good Company but too much of work load in NOCC

      Pros

      Good Exposure and lot of things to learn.

      Cons

      Too much of work. Non stop alerts firing and ticketing them , ACD calls keeps coming and you have to answer. Installs and patching of machine daily, Crisis call bridge and Queues, OMG no normal human can work like that for a long time. Other Departments are fine but NOCC is where you work like a slaves.

      Good technology, great benefits and few approachable members in leadership roles

      Cons

      Most groups are treated as back office. Very less scope for any new ideas. Its more of work directed and dictated by US and executed here. Rules are bent and changed based on levels. Lot of smaller teams form copying the thoughts of Indian teams and then the team is treated badly. Very less respect / value for tenured employees.

      I am shocked to read some of the reviews written about CIO/Enterprise Applications group. I have been with the Group for 6 years now and overall it has been a great experience. The reviews probably echo sentiments of a very small minority of employees.
