      The ability to make a significant contribution Good work life balance Paid time off Not much red tape or bureaucracy A small place where everybody knows everybody, though thats changing

      Overall technical leadership in Bangalore is a little lacking Compensation increases might not be significant Newer hires are not of the same quality as the older ones

      Pros

      Very solid technology, intelligent and hard-working employees, interesting customers and projects, commitment to making customers successful, limited tolerance for poor performers.

      Cons

      The company is run very lean - which is positive in one sense, but also leads to an overworked work force. Weak on respecting people's outside lives, and expectation is that people will be available at all hours if needed.

      Pros

      great stock options and RSU plan. Good flexiblity for work/home balance. smart people. interesting and chalenging work. Community responsibility is cool too.

      Cons

      lack of career development plans for anyone mid stage in your career. communication from senior executives leaves a lot to be desired.
