      Interesting challenges, but not all its cracked up to be

      Pros

      Interesting areas to work like CDN, Cloud, Security.

      Cons

      Not a big fan of their corporate policy which they invoke at will if they want to get rid of you. Lawyer will shove you out the door, and not let you explain anything. Also the ability to move up is limited, ability to work on private projects is a rare commodity. Their corporate spirit is contrived, pretending to have a start up mentality. Acquisition of companies are sometimes not wise.

      Pros

      Kendall Square is a good location Office space has been recently remodeled There are a lot of bright employees

      Cons

      Very negative culture Poor treatment of most employees Support functions are not valued or respected Few benefits- no cafeteria, parking, child care, etc. Employees are expected to work a crushing amount of hours- there is pride in saying that you worked overnight or every single weekend

      Time off policy is pretty good.

      Cons

      Zero growth opportunity. Expectation of working beyond scope and pay level. Toxic work environment has long been ignored. HR does not support employees. Benefits continue to be cut. No company culture. Yearly layoffs. Employees are burnt out and checked out. Most are trying to get by while waiting for the next round of sev packages...
