      Pros

      Remote work was great. Good benefits. I loved the health stipend every year.

      Cons

      I was given a sum of RSUs for working so hard, but was laid off before the first big vest, so I got nothing. My raise one year was literally PENNIES. Bonuses switch to RSUs instead of cash, which was a con for me personally. Told all the time that the business was doing great, and then raises and bonus's would be cut.
